Eddie is a graduate of East Carolina University and has been active in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1983. He holds North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses. Eddie is Past President and Director of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (Raleigh, Durham, & Chapel Hill, NC) and is past President of the Wake County Apartment Association. He is past Chairman of The Independent Rental Owners Council and a member of the Board of Directors of the Triangle Apartment Association. Coleman was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1988, and has served on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina CCIM chapter. Coleman is currently serving on the Boards of Directors of Capital Area Preservation (CAP), the Presidential Board of Advisors at Campbell University, the Business Advisory Council for the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Olde Towne Yacht Club Home Owners Association.

| Shane Hensley |
| Shane is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He lived and worked
in commercial banking and lending in the Washington DC area for over 20
years. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate License. Shane focuses on
land planning, redevelopment entitlements, land brokerage,
development and consulting with Coleman & Associates. In addition to his
activities with our company, Shane operates Hensley Associates
Commercial Mortgage Brokerage Company. |

| Rick Hancock |
Rick worked in management and consulting in the restaurant industry in
California for over 10 years and assisted with the successful opening
and operation of over 20 upscale casual dining restaurants. After moving
to North Carolina five years ago, Rick entered the commercial real
estate brokerage field. Rick holds a North Carolina Real Estate License
and works for the United States Postal Service focusing on site aquisitions. |

| Rhonda is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She worked in the DC
area for 20 years where she served as office manager for mortgage
brokerage, residential real estate, and commercial mixed use development
companies. Rhonda manages our office and the administrative activities
of Coleman & Associates. |

| Win is a graduate of East Carolina University where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance. He holds both a North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate License and was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation in 2008. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). His current focus areas include buyer and tenant representation as well as commercial real estate investment and development properties. |

| Lucas is a graduate of East Carolina University where he received his bachelor's degree in Marketing. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate License. Lucas directs our marketing activities at Coleman & Associates. He also is responsible for the leasing of a portfolio of unique historic apartments and boutique retail / office properties. |

| Aaron directs special operations for Coleman & Associates. He is a longtime employee of the City of Raleigh. In addition, he has worked for many years providing security and other property related services. |

| Craig works with Coleman & Associates directing property maintenance. He has close to ten years experience in plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs. Craig oversees all the maintenance for a portfolio of historic apartments in Downtown Raleigh. |

| Graham is currently an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Business with a focus on web-driven communities. He helps manage the information technology and security for Coleman & Associates. |
